We can ship to virtually any address in the world. With our centrally located distribution facility we can promptly fulfil orders within 2–3 days to metro areas on the Australian Eastern Seaboard.

Where possible, all items domestic deliveries will be shipped via AusPost eParcel. You can estimate your delivery time by using the AustPost delivery timetable, which can be viewed by clicking here.  For larger items that do not comply with AusPost shipping criteria we will use Direct Freight. Additional shipping charges may apply for bulky items. 

Returns Policy

If the item you purchased is not what you ordered or is damaged we will refund or exchange your goods provided they are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Please return the goods via AusPost to our Distribution Centre at 6 Mason Drive Braeside VIC 3195.  On inspection of your returned goods Carmels will refunded you in full.
