"      Card can be Personal/Business/Club

"      Voucher is not transferable- we reserve the right to request identification

"      Redemption Card is valid for twelve months only from date of issue

"      Redemption Gift Voucher valid for 180 days from date of issue (6 months)

"      Limited to one stamp per day when you make a purchase over the value of $15.00
    (including GST)*.   
    Additional purchases made on the same day will not be eligible to receive a stamp.

"      You must present your card at time of purchase to receive your stamp.

"      Lost cards will be replaced with blank cards.

"      The Card remains the property of Carmels.

"      Redemption offer is only available in the form of a Carmels First Club voucher,
    in the name of the card holder and cannot be redeemed for cash.

"      Carmels First Club members are required to notify Carmels Fabrics of any changes
    to their details including their name and their address.
